BIS Seeks Technical Advisory Committee Members

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) published in today's Federal Register a notice announcing the recruitment of private-sector members to the various Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) maintained by BIS. The TACs advise BIS on the technical parameters for export controls applicable to dual-use commodities and technology and on the administration of those controls.

For more information on TACs and the current TAC meeting schedule see the BIS TAC site at tac.bis.doc.gov.
