OFAC Publishes Final Rule Authorizing Certain Transactions With the Palestinian Authority

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today published a final rule in the Federal Register revising the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations, the Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and the Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations to add general licenses authorizing certain transactions with the Palestinian Authority.
