New Chairman of Aerospace Industries Association Intends to Press Reform of Export Control Laws

Flight International reports that Dr. Ronald D. Sugar, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Northrop Grumman, intends to use his chairmanship of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) to lobby for extensive reform of U.S. export control laws.
