President Bush Renews Export Administration Act For One Year

The White House published in today's Federal Register the "Continuation of Emergency Regarding Export Control Regulations" that was signed by the President on August 2, 2005. Because the Export Administration Act has not been renewed by Congress, this action ensures that the Export Administration Regulations will remain in effect for one more year.
