OFAC Amends Sudanese Sanctions Regulations

On June 13, 2005 OFAC published a notice in the Federal Register amending the Sudanese Sanctions Regulations (31 CFR part 538). The amendments pertain to the transfer of funds from the U.S. to Sudan, as well as the operation of accounts in U.S. financial institutions for individuals ordinarily resident in Sudan.
