The Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme (commonly referred to as the Volcker Commission) will issue its report on the United Nations Iraq Oil-For-Food Program on Thursday afternoon. The report, which will address the nature of the administration, financial transactions and internal auditing of the $60 billion program, is expected to state that Benon Sevan, who ran the program, engaged in a conflict of interest by selecting companies that bought oil from Saddam Hussein. Once released, the report will be found on the following site: www.iic-offp.org/index.html.
