Editorial Advocates Tougher Sanctions on Certain Chinese Companies

Today's New York Times contains an editorial written by staff of the Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control advocating tougher U.S. sanctions on Sinopec, China's state-owned oil and gas company, and other companies that are involved in providing weapons tecnology to Iran and other countries.
