Census, BIS and DTSA Officials to Speak at Next NCITD Meeting

The National Council on International Trade Development (www.NCITD.org) has announced the program for its next monthly meeting to be held on March 10, 2005 from 9:15 a.m. to noon at the University Club in Washington. The speakers and topics include:

*Harvey Monk, Chief of the Census Bureau's Foreign Trade Division, will discuss the recently issued proposed rule on mandatory AES.

*David Flynn, Chairman of the Bureau of Industry and Security's Operating Committee, will provide an update on the activities of the Operating Committee.

*Lisa Bronson, Director of the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA), will discuss DTSA initiatives.
