Commerce Department Issues Second Amended Preliminary Determination in Antidumping Investigation on Wooden Bedroom Furniture

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) today published in the Federal Register a second amended preliminary determination in the antidumping investigation of wooden bedroom furniture from China in order to reflect the correction of significant ministerial errors that were made for several Section A respondents. The second amended preliminary also corrects the weighted-average rate assigned to certain Section A respondents that were granted a separate rate from 10.92 to 12.91 percent.
