BIS Issues Frequently Asked Questions on Changes to India Entity Policy

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has posted on its Web site a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the recent decision to revise the license review policy for certain entities in India and to modify the Entity List.
